Strengthening a website’s technical foundation
The engagement
Pollack Peacebuilding was one of the websites I managed during my engagement with Growth Science Capital Holdings.
Working closely with the marketing director, I delivered website updates and technical SEO improvements, supporting the team’s ongoing marketing priorities remotely from Lagos, Nigeria.
My contribution
My work brought together website development, search optimisation and measurement.
I updated service and training pages, refined page sections and supported the presentation of the organisation’s conflict-resolution and de-escalation services.
Alongside these updates, I worked on the website’s SEO structure: internal linking, breadcrumbs, structured data, sitemap inclusion and redirects for broken URLs. I also audited overlapping service-page and blog search targets to inform consolidation and optimisation decisions.

Working with the marketing team
The role required translating marketing priorities into website changes while maintaining an existing WordPress platform.
I collaborated with US marketing leadership across time zones, handling development and technical implementation alongside the team’s broader content and campaign work.

Completed work records include Pollack-specific technical cleanup, service-page schema improvements, training-page upgrades, search-target audits and conversion-tracking implementation.
